Day care center owner appointed to Wrangell School Board

WRANGELL This week, Krissy Smith was appointed to the Wrangell School Board. Smith, who has experience working with children through her day care center, fills a vacant seat left by former School Board President Georgianna Buhler. Buhler resigned earlier this year. KSTK's Tony Gorman has more.
