WRANGELL, ALASKA According to the Coast Guard, temporary repairs have been made to the F/V Dolphin. The Dolphin is a one-hundred-and-seventy-four-foot fishing tender which ran aground early Wednesday morning. KSTK's Lisa Phu reports.
