Borough confusions get cleared up

WRANGELL, ALASKA With the ballots for the Wrangell borough incorporation mailed out and people gearing up to vote, Wrangell's economic development director clears up some misconceptions and confusions that were brought up during the last public meeting on borough formation. KSTK's Lisa Phu reports.

Wrangell beaches tested for water quality

City Park and Petroglyph Beach are undergoing weekly water quality testing this summer. The Southeast Alaska Watershed Coalition is monitoring the water for bacteria that could be harmful to beachgoers. more
