City of Wrangell employees join union

WRANGELL, ALASKA Earlier this month, the Wrangell city council approved a collective bargaining agreement between the city of Wrangell and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, or IBEW. This means that over 20 city workers are now part of a union.
