Rasmuson Foundation awards artist grant to Wrangell resident

WRANGELL, ALASKA Wrangell resident Clara Haley has been awarded a $5,000 individual artist project grant by the Rasmuson Foundation. The award will allow Haley the freedom to concentrate and develop her artistry as a traditional northwest coast cedar bark weaver.
