Wrangell borough properties will be appraised this summer

WRANGELL, ALASKA The Appraisal Company of Alaska has a big job coming up this summer around Wrangell. They've been tasked with the duty of assessing what could be up to 500 properties that are now considered part of the Wrangell borough. The job does not include revaluation of properties in the original city boundary area. This is one of the many steps Wrangell has to take as the transition into boroughhood unfolds.
