AP&T's microwave network will reach small communities

WRANGELL, ALASKA Recently, southeast Alaska has been getting due attention when it comes to communications. Alaska Power and Telephone Company, or AP&T, is in the midst of building a new terrestrial microwave network that will span 500 miles of southeast Alaska.
