WRANGELL At last night's meeting, the Wrangell Assembly sent a plan concerning the use of the remaining AK/BC Intertie funds back the Wrangell Energy Committee for revision. The move comes just two days before they are scheduled to present the plan at this week's Alaska Energy Authority meeting. The Assembly also discussed a recent trip to Washington, DC, where representatives officially applied for a permit with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to develop hydro-electric power at Ruth Lake. KSTK's Tony Gorman reports.
