Wrangell Assembly to Take a Closer Look at FERC Filing

WRANGELL Wrangell, Petersburg, and Angoon are looking to get a permit from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to own and develop hydro-power at Ruth Lake. But, language in Wrangell and Angoon's filings has raised some red flags with Wrangell Mayor Don McConachie. KSTK' Tony Gorman reports.
