Healthy Wrangell Coalition put efforts toward community garden

WRANGELL, ALASKA The Healthy Wrangell Coalition celebrated their one-year anniversary back in February. The Coalition, which is a group of organizations and individuals concerned with making Wrangell a healthy community, is responsible for such programs as Wrangell in Motion, the Healthy Wrangell speaker series, and Workout Wednesdays. Now, along with SEARHC and SEARHC's Community Health Advocate, Tammi Meissner, the Healthy Wrangell Coalition is working on establishing a community garden. KSTK's Lisa Phu has the story.
