Wrangell has plans for an Alaska-Canada Energy Coalition

WRANGELL, ALASKA The Wrangell Energy Committee plans on spearheading the formation of an Alaska-Canada Energy Coalition. Modeled after the Canada-based Highway 37 Powerline Coalition, which Wrangell recently joined, this new coalition will push building an intertie between Tyee and Bob Quinn Lake in British Columbia. A sure sign of spring in Wrangell is the annual health fair sponsored by Wrangell Medical Center. Kris Reed, WMC Development Coordinator and Health Fair Committee member, is working on getting everything in place for Wrangell’s 2015 Health Fair which is set to take place on Saturday, April 4th.
