WRANGELL, ALASKA The Wrangell Energy Committee plans on spearheading the formation of an Alaska-Canada Energy Coalition. Modeled after the Canada-based Highway 37 Powerline Coalition, which Wrangell recently joined, this new coalition will push building an intertie between Tyee and Bob Quinn Lake in British Columbia.
