Playground Upgrades Goes on Ballot

WRANGELL The Wrangell School District is looking to make recess more fun for Evergreen Elementary School students by making upgrades to the playground area. As KSTK's Tony Gorman reports the District is going have to wait for the outcome of the upcoming local election to see if the Wrangell Borough will pick up a part of the bill to cover costs.
