WRANGELL This week, the City and Borough of Wrangell was introduced to its new borough manager. Tim Rooney was hired over the summer after spending the better part of 17 years as the assistant city administrator of Owasso, Oklahoma. He is also a former resident of Kodiak, Alaska. As KSTK's Tony Gorman reports Rooney had a busy first day which included attending his first Wrangell Assembly meeting.
