WRANGELL In the search to provide energy to Southeast Alaska, the Wrangell Assembly continues to look at all of its options. At this week's meeting, the Assembly approved a proposed memorandum that would allow the borough to collaborate with the Central Council Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska to do business as Tlingit-Haida Energy.
