Creating a regional solid waste authority on upcoming ballot

WRANGELL, ALASKA On October 6, Wrangell voters will get to vote 'Yes' or 'No' to the creation of a regional solid waste management authority in southeast. Voting 'Yes' would create the opportunity for southeast communities to deal with their own waste as opposed to shipping it down south. KSTK's Lisa Phu reports.
