WRANGELL This week, Governor Sean Parnell made his way through Southeast Alaska to speak with local leaders and community members. For most of the trip, Parnell was presented with wish lists from each community for the upcoming capital budget proposal. Parnell spent Tuesday in Ketchikan and Wednesday in Wrangell and Petersburg. As KSTK's Tony Gorman reports, local projects weren't the only issues on the Governor's agenda as he made his way through the schools of each community.
