Wrangell to Send Rep to Angoon

WRANGELL Wrangell has officially agreed to send a representative along with a Petersburg official to Angoon to talk energy issues with its City Council. One of the topics of discussion is the controversial Ruth Lake permit. The communities and its lawmakers have been at odds over the permit since the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission awarded the permit to Angoon. KSTK's Tony Gorman has more.
