Wrangell hesitant to respond to Angoon letter

WRANGELL Angoon Mayor Albert Howard reached out to Wrangell and Petersburg, two weeks ago, through a letter in an effort to bring all three communities together in achieving the common goal of producing hydropower for the region. The Wrangell Assembly discussed the letter during this week's meeting. KSTK's Tony Goman reports.
