Bond issue to go back on ballot

WRANGELL A failed bond issue that will help repair the Evergreen Elementary School playground is making its way back in the ballot. This is the Wrangell School District's second attempt to get the bonds release after voters gave the thumbs down during last year's Borough Elections. KSTK's Tony Gorman has more.
