Day care center owner appointed to Wrangell School Board

WRANGELL This week, Krissy Smith was appointed to the Wrangell School Board. Smith has experience working with children through her day care center. She fills a vacant seat left by former School Board President Georgianna Buhler, who resigned earlier this year.
