WRANGELL The Wrangell Salvation Army has some new faces at the helm. Captains Ronnie and Deborah Davis moved to Wrangell a little over a month ago to take over for David and Mary Kyle, who left over the summer. This isn't the first stop in Southeast Alaska for the Davises. The couple from Modesto, California, spent four years in Klawock before making the move to Wrangell. KSTK's Tony Gorman recently talked to the couple about settling into their new home.
