SEAPA Members awarded rebate checks

WRANGELL The Southeast Alaska Power Agency had a good year, financially, and its members are being rewarded. During this week's regular meeting, SEAPA handed out rebate checks to its member utilities in Wrangell, Petersburg, and Ketchikan. KSTK's Tony Gorman has more.
