SEAPA Members awarded rebate checks

Wilson hopes to bring younger voice to Wrangell Assembly

Tiffany Wilson is the Wrangell Assembly's newest member. The Assembly voted 4 to 1 to appoint the New Orleans Native to Seat B. The seat was left vacant after Jeremy Maxand was elected Mayor in the October Local Election. KSTK's Tony Gorman recently spoke with Wilson about her plans for the Assembly.

Matching Grant Program discussed at AK Harbormasters Conference

Last week, the Association of Alaska Harbormasters and Port Administrators held its annual conference in Wrangell. Marine personnel throughout the state met for three days to discuss issues concerning Alaska's harbors and ports. As KSTK's Tony Gorman reports, the state's Matching Grant Program was a hot topic during the conference.
