Wrangell urges Congress not to apply roadless rule to the Tongass

WRANGELL, ALASKA At Wrangell’s last Borough Assembly meeting a resolution was passed urging Congress not to implement the “roadless” rule to Southeast Alaska’s Tongass National Forest.
