Wrangell’s annual Tent City Days festival was last weekend.
This is the second in a series of audio postcards KSTK’s Shady Grove Oliver sent back from the event.

For the time being, the city water system has stabilized, but the crisis is not over. Everyone still needs to conserve and keep finding ways to cut water consumption. It is now raining but the amount of water is not the problem. The problem is; our water treatment plant can’t treat water fast enough to keep up with the demand. more
