PARITICPATION AGREEMENT WITH THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT
SYSTEM (PERS) OF ALASKA BY UPDATING AND CORRECTING PREVIOUS
AMENDMENT NUMBER SIX; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
b. PROPOSED RESOLUTION NO. 04-13-1274: A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF
THE CITY AND BOROUGH OF WRANGELL, ALASKA, AMENDING THE
PARITICPATION AGREEMENT WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS SYSTEM
(SBS) OF ALASKA; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
c. Discussion and Possible action relating to the contract for Oliver Construction
