Wrangell is gearing up for its annual 4th of July celebration.

KSTK’s Shady Grove Oliver spoke with John Waddington and Rafael Nuñez from the Chamber of Commerce about preparations for this summer’s event.

For the time being, the city water system has stabilized, but the crisis is not over. Everyone still needs to conserve and keep finding ways to cut water consumption. It is now raining but the amount of water is not the problem. The problem is; our water treatment plant can’t treat water fast enough to keep up with the demand. more
