Read MoreThe borough assembly last night voted to postpone discussion of a controversial letter until the next regular meeting. The letter calls for the Southeast Alaska Power Agency and the borough assemblies of Wrangell and Petersburg to “cease and desist” negotiations until Thomas Bay can play a more active role.
