WRANGELL, ALASKA Within the governor's supplemental budget is something that may surprise some Wrangell residents. The bill, which is still in legislature, would allow funds solely dedicated to the AK-BC intertie to also go towards a Kake-Petersburg intertie. KSTK's Lisa Phu reports.
