WRANGELL, ALASKA The city's borough committee has made a big effort to get information out to the public regarding the benefits of borough formation. But there's a criticism from the public that the committee hasn't addressed the disadvantages of boroughhood. During Monday night's public meeting with city borough attorney James Brennan, some of these disadvantages came out. KSTK's Lisa Phu files this report.
