WRANGELL, ALASKA The event people in Wrangell look forward to the most is the fourth of July. The kick-off was held on Sunday, and while the big day is still over a month away, preparation for the fourth is a full-year task for the Chamber of Commerce. And a long, hard month's work for the royalty contestants.
