Wrangell subcommittee has first confidential meeting with Cascade Creek

WRANGELL, ALASKA The confidentiality and non-circumvention agreement between the city and borough of Wrangell and Cascade Creek, LLC went into effect June 24. The borough assembly's subcommittee had their first meeting with a Cascade Creek representative this past Saturday, during which the first pieces of confidential information were disclosed.
