Three Ballots Propositions are up for vote on October 7th

On October 7th voters in Wrangell will have an opportunity to vote for candidates for Borough Assembly, Hospital Board and Port Commissions.
Voters will also cast their votes on three ballot propositions. KSTK recently spoke with Borough Clerk Christie Jamieson about the three ballot propositions, starting with ballot proposition 1.

On October 7th, Wrangell voters will get to elect officials to the Borough Assembly, the Hospital Board, and the Port Commission. Voters will also get to weigh in on three ballot measures.
This week KSTK has been airing interviews with individuals running for elected seats. Yesterday we heard from two of the four candidates running for the Hospital Board, Lurine McGee and Janell Privett. Today we'll hear from the remaining two candidates running for the Hospital Board. Voters will get to vote for three. Each seat is a four-year term.
