WRANGELL The field of candidates for Wrangell borough manager has been narrowed down to the semi-finalists. The Wrangell Assembly is looking to replace longtime Borough Manager Bob Prunella, who is retiring at the end of May after almost nine years on the job. KSTK's Tony Gorman reports.
