WRANGELL, ALASKA Despite competing FERC permit applications for Ruth Lake as well as some other disagreements regarding energy in the region, Wrangell and Petersburg may soon be working toward the same goals once again. At last week's commission board meeting of Thomas Bay Power Authority, the commissioners decided to take the leadership role in finding common ground between the two communities on power development.
