Alaska public libraries to get upgrades in computers and staffs

WRANGELL Improvements are under way for the Alaska Library Network. Recently, the US Department of Commerce awarded the Alaska State Library $5.4 million to create a statewide broadband network of public computer center within public libraries. KSTK's Tony Gorman has more.
