WRANGELL Voters will have a second chance to fix-up the Evergreen Elementary School playground when they go to the polls tomorrow. Last year, Proposition One failed by narrow margin. If it had passed, the borough would have released general bonds to help with the repairs. Residents would pay the bonds back through an increased mill rate.
