High school seniors create program to end bullying

The City and Borough of Wrangell recently recognized October as National Anti-Bullying month. And taking anti bullying into their own hands are two high school seniors who are working on a program to spread the word about anti-bullying and educate students of all ages on how they can help stop the problem.
