There is one unexpired term open on the Wrangell Public School Board in the Oct. 6 City and Borough of Wrangell regular elections.
Beth Comstock and Pam McCloskey are running for that seat, which would last one year.
Comstock talked to KSTK’s Katarina Sostaric about the issues she would focus on as a school board member.
There are also two full terms open on the school board. Tammy Groshong, Aleisha Mollen and Rolland Howell are running for three-year terms.
