The Wrangell Cultural Center is also known as the carving shed. The center serves as a place for recreating totem poles and for teaching Native arts.

The Wrangell Cooperative Association will hold its tribal council elections this Thursday, March 15.  KSTK’s June Leffler spoke with some of the candidates.

 

That was Arthur Larsen, DJ McConachie and James Stough. Five candidates are running for four seats. Elections will be held at the Wrangell Cultural Center from 10 AM to 7 PM.
