Borough Manager Von Bargen discusses the increase of positive COVID cases in Wrangell and gives a positive reminder that residents can protect themselves and loved ones by following the State of Alaska recommendations. Treat everyone as if they are COVID-19 positive. Wash hands for 20 seconds or more, wear masks while in public, limit exposure to others, distance yourself at least 6 feet from others. While we all want to get back to normal, we all need to recognize this is a marathon. COVID will be with us until we have a vaccine. Sticking to the guidelines will help keep businesses open and keep people safe.
