    DEPARTMENT (WML&P) BY TRANSFERRING $153,085 FROM WML&P’S CASH
    RESERVSES TO THE P&L CAPITAL PROJECTS EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES ABOVE $5,000
    ACCOUNT FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONTRACTING WITH ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEMS,
