    b. RESOLUTION No. 03-23-1764 OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE CITY AND BOROUGH OF
    WRANGELL, ALASKA, AMENDING THE FY 2023 BUDGET BY TRANSFERRING $242,992 IN
    FUNDING RECEIVED FROM THE CORONAVIRUS STATE AND LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUND
