
Episode 56: Latoya Adams first stopped in KSTK to talk about and introduce Kansas City’s hip-hop and country artist Krizz Kaliko. He’s putting on three keynote events with the Wrangell Cooperative Association’s Bouncing Back program in relation to mental health and the 2023 landslide that devastated the community. He also briefly chatted about his transition from hip-hop to country music and what that’s been like for him.
Krizz Kaliko will hold two concerts at Wrangell High School Tuesday, the first for students at 2:30 p.m. and the second at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday he’ll participate in a round table discussion on mental health with elders at The Nolan Center at 6 p.m. The public is welcome to attend the 6:30 p.m. concert at the high school and the round table discussion.
