Wrangellites Prepare for Petersburg Airport Closing

Wrangelliltes and Petersburg residents will see more each other within the next two months. The Petersburg Airport will be shutdown down from March 23rd through April 21st in order to replace culverts under the runway. This week, the Wrangell Chamber of Commerce is holding a town meeting at the Nolan Center to help local residents and businesses adjust to the extra traffic. WHS DDF Team Heads to State

The Wrangell High School Drama, Debate, and Forensics Team is having a great year. The team placed first at two Southeast competitions despite having only two members. The team is preparing for State Competition, which will be held at Sitka High School from February 26th-28th.
