At their last meeting, the Wrangell City Council said they would be giving Wrangell Seafoods two business days until their power would be shut off. In those two days, the company could either take care of safety issues associated with having the power shut off, or they could pay their utility bill. KSTK's Lisa Phu reports.

Over a hundred people attended last Friday's opening of two new exhibits at the Wrangell Museum. One of the exhibits, "Paintings by Caleah Gadd," is one of this year's senior projects from the high school. KSTK's Lisa Phu caught up with Gadd and files this report.

Wrangell may see a new city attorney this spring. At their last meeting, the city council voted four-to-three to replace current city attorney Mitch Seaver with Juneau based Amy Gurton Mead. KSTK's Lisa Phu reports.

The second annual fitness triathlon is taking place on July 6. While that date may seem far away, it's never too early to start training. An informational meeting on the fitness triathlon will be held this Wednesday and anyone who's interested is encouraged to attend. KSTK's Lisa Phu reports.

The Wrangell Museum will hold an opening for two new exhibits on Friday. Both exhibits feature local Wrangell artists. "Paintings by Caleah Gadd" will run until March 24. And "Gestalt Critter Compositions," photography by Rick Rivard, will run until May. KSTK's Lisa Phu had the opportunity to catch up with Rivard and files this report.
