Sleet or shine, Wrangell’s recreation coordinator Lucy Moline-Robinson can be seen around town organizing fun runs, holding down the office at Parks & Rec, or working on her float house, Sea Pig. This month, she’ll be taking over the helm of Parks & Rec as its new director.
