On a snowy winter evening, this past Tuesday, parents and other Wrangellites sat on the high school auditorium bleachers waiting for middle and high school students to perform their Winter Concert. Both the music and the weather made it seem appropriate for the holiday season.

Episode 77: Author and missionary Sara Michalski spoke with KSTK's Colette Czarnecki about some of her experiences with supernatural powers by way of her faith. While in town from Seattle area, she spoke at Touch Point Alaskan Ministries and Harbor Light for her book tour. Wrangell was her last stop. During the conversation, she spoke about being charged for smuggling Bibles in Russia for 10 years, but she said the judge let her go after 21 days in 1976.

Episode 76: Audrey Cotter and Scott Dickerson have been spending a lot of time in Wrangell's boat yard over the past couple months. They bought the Alaskan Gypsy in Ketchikan and chose Wrangell's Marine Service Center to fix it up. Cotter and Dickerson share their experiences with KSTK's Colette Czarnecki on Wrangell, living on a boat and their future plans. They just put the Alaskan Gypsy back in the water and will motor away from the island community for a little while. They’ve been documenting their boat life experience on their YouTube channel, The Alaskan Gypsy Life.
